Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your order for any reason please contact us at and our return address will be issued directly to you within 24 hours


We accept items back within the returns window of 28 days, for a full refund you must return your item in the condition you received your goods new and unused condition and in the original packaging.

If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your order and you then have 14 days to return the items. (Total 28 days)


For hygiene reasons health and personal care items such as hair dryers, hair straighteners and brushes cannot be returned if the poly bag has been opened and cable unwound unless faulty.


Any goods that are opened and we are told that the item is of the wrong size, we quote all the correct dimensions on the selling page you buy from, the goods must be received back to our warehouse un opened and in new condition to receive a full refund.


Perishable items such as plants and fresh flowers cannot be returned.

We will compensate and refund for any damaged or plants that are received in poor condition with photographic evidence.


There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not wanted and not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after item is received based on our tracking information from the courier delivering your goods.


All our returned goods are sent to external processing company and graded to ensure we have a fair policy and unbiased grading for our refund department to base their decision on the information that is received back.

We have this information on hand at if requested by a customer.


If you are returning the item to us for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of postage.


Please ensure your return slip is completed and put in with the item you are returning.
